"I attended Claireā€™s Clubbercise class at St. Johnā€™s Church prior to lockdown and really enjoyed it. Thank goodness she set up the online classes afterwards, as I wouldnā€™t have done any exercise, apart from a short daily walk otherwise. I have also done the odd Zumba class online which is really good too. Claire always has a chat with the people who have participated in the classes once the session has ended, just to check everyone is ok, which is really nice. "I have attended both face to face and online Zumba classes. Claire is a brilliant instructor and I fell in love with Zumba straight away. She has great energy and is very technical which is exactly what I needed to challenge myself. I used to do a lot of streetdance when I was (a lot!) younger but had lost my confidence, so was looking for a way to get fit and hopefully find my love for dancing again so Zumba was perfect, and Claire is the best instructor I've found. The classes are always fun so its the best way to get fit. If I do the classes regularly then I notice I lose weight and tone up quite quickly as well as general improved cardio fitness ability. I've loved attending Claire's class and I'm so grateful she has been so flexible with different options to continue the classes during lockdown."
